While we strive for perfection in every product, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail that goes into selecting our heritage wallpapers and cashmere dressing gowns.
Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Hot water bottles
- Bath towels
- Dressing gowns & bath robes with removed tags
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information using our template below:
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your return using the original packaging if possible. Include the original invoice and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Exchanges: Your replacement will be shipped within 3 business days of approval
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you via our standard shipping method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Elite Fashion Shop order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
Refund Timeline
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Your bank may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please indicate “RETURN” on your customs form to avoid duties. We cannot refund original shipping costs or any customs fees paid on the returned items.
